Nathan is the CEO and Founder of Music Audience Exchange (MAX), a venture-backed tech company transforming music sponsorship for the digital age. Built by a team of engineers, data scientists, music pros, and media experts, MAX has a proprietary suite of marketing tools serving 500 top music artists (e.g. Kane Brown, Thomas Rhett, Mau Y Ricky, RascallFlatts, Melissa Etheridge, The Head and the Heart, Motionless in White) and a platform that powers sponsorships for a roster of Fortune 500 brands (e.g. Ford, Dr Pepper, U.S. Cellular, Anheuser-Busch, Wrangler, Acura, The State of California).Prior, Nathan was cofounder and President of the marketing technology company, ReachLocal, where he grew the firm to 24,000 clients, 2,200 team members, and a half-billion dollars in annual revenue across fifteen countries.He is also an early-stage venture investor in two dozen companies including SmartThings, Dollar Shave Club, Basis, and Blockstack. Board and advisory roles have included Quartet Health (behavioral health), Advice Local (local business marketing), Parade Ventures (seed capital fund), and DASH (in-stadium fan engagement).Nathan has a BA from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an MBA from Centenary College. He lives in Dallas, Texas.
