M.O.G.I.I.7.E.D is a team of Bay Area musicians, producers, researchers, and AI experts that came together to create the winning entry in this year’s AI Song Contest, “Listen To Your Body Choir”. Made up of music producer and music technology researcher Jon Gillick, music and video producer Max Savage, computational humanist and narrative researcher Matt Sims, and singer-songwriter Brodie Jenkins, this newly formed group is exploring what it means to use AI technology in the search for new sounds and new creative processes. When not making AI music together, you can find Jon and Matt doing research at UC Berkeley, Max making noise at video and audio production house Noisy Savage, and Brodie performing with her band Cathedrals.
