Architect, Musician, Producer and Policy Maker, Ricardo has been involved in several projects around Latin America to promote innovation, technology and creative industries development. He is now CEO of the first music tech accelerator from LatAm, created in partnership with Bizarro Live Entertainment, the biggest promoter from Chile, with operations also in Colombia, Perú and Bolivia.

Bizarro Lab works with startups and innovators from around the region to improve their skills and MVPs, focused on the pilot program in the Arenas that the company owns in Santiago and Bogota, to integrate those innovations into the daily events operations.

Founding director of Yesplan, Wouter Vermeylen (1976), started as arts center Vooruit’s building manager in 2001 (Ghent, Belgium). In 2006 he was nominated as ‘IT Manager of the Year’ and with the founding of Yesplan in 2011 he won the Flemish prize for Cultural Innovation. This year Yesplan exists 10 years, is present in 12 regions, and is being used by 300+ venues.
