Stef Pascual
Stef Pascual is Strategy Director at Deviate Digital, an agency founded by Sammy Andrews, named ‘a leading digital advisory agency for the entertainment industry’ by The Sunday Times. Clients include AWAL, AEG, Annie Lennox, The Hunna, Tom Grennan and the Music Managers Forum.
She also consults on digital and playlisting strategy as High Fives Digital, and runs the independent label Silent Cult, home to bands like Miss Vincent, Havelocke and Forlorn.
In the past, Stef has headed digital departments at Sony Red / The Orchard and Crown Talent, working on marketing and strategy for labels like Cooking Vinyl, Nettwerk, Thirty Tigers and Napalm, and campaigns for Skepta, Becky Hill, James Arthur, UNKLE and Alter Bridge. She’s also lectured on Digital Strategy at Berklee College of Music and the Academy of Contemporary Music.
