About The Speaker

Andreea Gleeson

Andreea oversees Marketing, Artist Support, Artist and Partner Relations, International and shares Human Resources with Matt Barrington. She was most recently Chief Marketing Officer, having joined the company in 2015 as head of marketing. During her time at the company, Andreea has greatly expanded each area under her purview, with inspirational marketing campaigns, an efficient and affective artist support system and a reimagined artist and partner relations department to better support independent artists at all stages of their careers. She spearheaded TuneCore’s aggressive International expansion with local representation in 14 countries across 4 continents.
Prior to joining TuneCore, Andreea had a successful 11-year career at Lord & Taylor, most recently serving as Divisional Vice President of Marketing where she led the omni-channel marketing strategy for the entire department store chain. During her time at Lord & Taylor and its sister store, Hudson’s Bay Company, Andreea also held multiple leadership roles within the eCommerce team, where she drove the digital strategy and grew the Lord & Taylor and Hudson’s Bay sites from the ground up, surpassing the sales volumes of the flagship stores for both chains. She received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from Pace University.
Although she loves many genres of music, she often doesn’t get to choose what she listens to at home. That area is managed by her toddler Teddy, who’s been playing “Wheels on the Bus” and “Baby Shark” on a loop for her baby brother Owen.
