Cristobal Dañobeitia

Cristobal Dañobeitia is Sociologist and Master in Cognitive Sciences. He has dedicated himself from academic research to consulting in areas of audience analysis, digital transformation and advanced analytics. In 2016, he created a market research consultant called Embodied, doing research in Cinema, television, music, telecommunications and retail. On the other hand Cristóbal has had an active participation in the gestation of the guild of technology companies in the music industry of Chile called “MUSTACH” where he serves as Vice President. Within the framework of both organizations emerge the public-private project called Digital Observatory of Chilean Music, which generates free online information from the industry to promote optimization in decision making. In this project he acts as Director. In the recent years Cristobal has turned to design digital marketing strategies for brands creating the agency A377 who tries to connect brands with creative content.

Dani Ribas

Dani Ribas is Research Director at DATA SIM, Research Group of the International Music Week of São Paulo (SIM São Paulo). She is Director of Sonar Cultural Consultoria e Pesquisa. She holds a PhD in Sociology from UNICAMP and Specialist in Management and Cultural Policies from Itaú Cultural / University of Girona (Spain). She was a consultant for UNESCO and Mercosul Cultural, a researcher at the Research and Training Center of SESC SP and has already done research in Creative Economy for IPEA. He teaches Cultural Management courses at FESP SP, UNICAMP and Vivo Rio Academy. Advises artists, labels and managers, and gives online courses on Entrepreneurship and Music Planning, Music Compensation, Career Management, Project Management, Public Relations and Artistic Relevance. He has been on the SIM São Paulo Advisory Board since 2015.

Nicolas Madoery

Nicolas is specialist in design strategies for music projects, digital marketing, and teaching about the music industry. He is dedicated to developing tools and platforms for the new music industry.
He is the founder and director of the record label Concepto Cero (alternative – new folklore) the music enterprise 432 Hertzios SRL. Also he is the argentinian regional manager of the digital distributor Ditto Music and music business professor in the University of Quilmes. Through these different roles he has worked in the development of artist like Juana Molina, La Mona Jimenez, Faauna, Shaman Herrera, Mariana Päraway, Sof Tot and more.

Noemí Planas

Noemí Planas is in charge of Network Development at WIN. She was a board member of IMPALA for eight years and a founder member of the Spanish Independent Phonographic Union (UFI), where she was the executive manager until September 2019. Previously she worked on a record label, coordinated several editions of a music festival, did booking and tour managing, and founded her own music publishing company.
