Bertrand Amar

Webedia's Head of esports, Bertrand Amar is a former journalist and television producer specializing in gaming and esports-related content.

As early as 1994 Bertrand produced the first television programs devoted to video games and developed his production company by collaborating with most French channels. In 2012, he co-founded Bang Bang Mangement, an eSports talent management agency.

In 2016 he joined Webedia where he is in charge of developing the audiovisual production activities and supporting the democratization of esports towards the general public through programs such as "e-league 1" for the BeIN Sports channel. In January 2018 he launched, ES1, the first French channel dedicated to esports.

Nicolas Bourdon

Nicolas Bourdon is appointed Chief Marketing Officer. Nicolas earned a Business Sciences degree from HEC Liege, Belgium. Nicolas spent six years as a Communications and Marketing Manager for the aviation company Sabena Technics in Brussels. He joined EVS as Director of Marketing and Communications in October 2005. Over the past 14 years, Nicolas has directly contributed to today's positioning of EVS as a worldwide leader in the industry.
As EVS' new CMO, Nicolas will be managing the global market solutions activities from ideation to market delivery. He is also responsible for overseeing the company's global marketing, learning and community management activities. Nicolas is Board member of IABM (the association of the Broadcast & Media technology manufacturers) and has been appointed President of Belgian Sports & Entertainment Technology Club of Agoria in early 2020.

Greg Carette

Former RTBF radio operator and host, Greg Carette participated in the launch of Tarmac, RTBF's first full digital media dedicated to urban cultures for young people. Deeply involved in video games culture and eSports, he has developed within Tarmac various formats related to this raising sector. Since 2019, he has been developing contents for RTBF closely or indirectly linked to the "Geek" culture.

Samy Bessi

Samy is one of the key actors of the Belgian Esports ecosystem. He has been fascinated by esports and games since early 2000 when he co-founded one of the biggest and most successful esports club and concluded partnerships with AS Monaco and Manchester City.
More recently he decided to refocus on the local scene and works as a Managing Director for a Belgian esports & sports media / consulting company: ESPORTS ENGAGED .
Beside that Samy is very involved in the institutional part of the future of Esports in Belgium and currently holds the position as vice president of the Belgian Esports Federation – BES

Laure Valée

Laure "Bulii" Valée started as a volunteer writer for Lolesports.com's french page for Riot Games. In 2016, she hosted O'Gaming's analyst desk for the World Championship and other major events in 2017. At the end of 2016 she worked as a journalist for a French esport TV Show (Canal Esport Club on Canal+). She's became the interviewer for the EU LCS 2017 Summer and graduated with a Masters degree in journalism. After that year, Laure finally dove into esports professionally. Since then, she has been presenting major events in the esports League of Legends scene alongside hosting talk shows on national TV and internet.
