The vision behind WARM is to make detailed music data available to everyone, especially the long tail segment of artist, producers, managers and record labels. .
Jesper has been a boardmember in DUP (association for independent record labels in Denmark) for from 2016-2019. Previously Jesper has represented MusicDNA as the head of Scandinavia
Jesper has worked in the Danish music industry for 6 years – establishing companies like Fandango Music Management, We Make Noise and Kassiopeia Kollektive.

Rachel has strong credentials developing innovative marketing initiatives, revenue maximization, operations and building relationships with key decision makers. Bernard Dobbeleer

He started his career in the early 80s as music journalist, Club DJ and concert promoter. In 1983, he joined FM56, a local Radio Station in Liège, as music programmer and operator. In 1992, he became promo manager for Pias, a leading Belgian indie record company, before joining RTBF as Head of Music Junior for Radio 21 in 1994 and then Head of Music Senior for Classic 21 in 2004. In 2017 he joined Pure FM as Program Director. Today, he works for RTBF Radio Department as Project Manager & Musical Coordinator.
