Behavioural psychologist, I’m an expert on the structure of communication, sustaining well-being and preventing burnout at work. I help people to develop their skills in communication. The core of the methodology is based on hundreds scientific data showing that when we are under pressure (sales negotiations, webcasting, presentations in front of an audience…) we add non verbal defense mechanisms to our “normal communication”.
Theses instinctive responses trigger modifications of our facial expressions, voice and gestures and most of the time attract a negative judgment in terms of trust, competence, credibility and efficiency.
